The programs related to the fields of hospitality and tourism
education will equip students with competencies that are needed to execute
operational tasks and management functions in food production (culinary),
accommodation, food and beverage service, tourism planning and product development,
events planning, transportation services, travel and tour operations and other
emerging sectors of hospitality and tourism industry.

Mission
We dedicate ourselves to develop humane hospitality and
tourism graduates who are professionally and skillfully competent, socially responsible, disciplined and God-centered individuals.
Objectives
- 1. Perform efectively specific tourism management function (such as planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling)
in the other hospitality industry;
- 2. Perform effectively specific tourism services and processes in any lodging establishment including, among others,
front office and reception, meal planning service, resort and spa planning and management, restaurant and bar fuctions and operations,
food and beverage cost control systems, health and safety procedure;
- 3. Communicate effectively both orally and in writting with different players and stakeholders using professionally and culturally-appropriate
language in the hospitality management services;
- 4. Effectively and efficiently apply the proper decision tools critically, analytically, and creatively solve problems and elevate the level of hospitality
management services;
- 5. Conduct relevant scientific research to discover knowledge in the field of Hospitality Management and utilize the results to improve hospitality management
education and practice; and
- 6. Practice social responsibility, high personal moral and ethical standards in perfoning hospitality management services and activities,
and pride in being a Filipino and God-centered professional hotelier.
Program Outcomes
Upon completion of the four-year Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management program, the PLTCI graduate should be able to:
- 1. To apply the concept, theories, principles and skills in the tourism operations of Tourism Industry.
- 2. Develop and update tourism industry knowledge.
- 3. Communicate effective in speaking and presenting using culturally appropriate language in the Tourism Industry.
- 4. Conduct research on tourism planning and development.
- 5. Demonstrate social responsibility and pride in being a Filipino and God-centered tourism professionals.
