About Course (CMO-No-25-s-2021)

The outcome-based pharmacy program is a four-year degree program with 169 credit units, preparing graduates for the workplace. It includes general education courses and professional courses, focusing on pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmaceutics, and life sciences. The program also includes internship programs, covering 1,200 hours at CHED-accredited establishments, exposing students to various practice areas and preparing them for various roles upon graduation. This comprehensive approach prepares graduates for the pharmacy profession.

PLT College, Inc., College of Pharmacy commits itself in preparing our sudents to meet the competencies required in the scientific field of research, pharmaceutical manufacturing, dispensing, community and professional health care service for both the present and the future.

Program Outcomes

Upon completion of the four-year BS Pharmacy Program, the PLTCI Graduates should be able to:

• 1. Communicate knowledge of the theories and principles as well as he practical applications involved in the many diciplines of the pharmacy profession.
• 2. Apply the skills in the various methods and techniques necessary in the Pharmacy laboratory practices.
• 3. Conduct research dedicated to the improvement of the profession and the health care system as a whole.
• 4. Demonstrate critical thinking and innovative patient -oriented approach in the practice of the pharmacy profession.
• Demonstrate social responsibility and pride of being a PINO AND God-centered pharmacists.
