The Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology/Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science (BSMT/BSMLS) is a four-year program that includes general education and professional courses. The fourth year level includes an internship in a CHED-accredited training laboratory, covering various sections like Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, and more.
Graduates will develop knowledge, skills, and values in clinical laboratory procedures, critical thinking, research, community-related activities, and life-long learning. They will assist physicians in disease diagnosis, treatment, prognosis, and prevention, participate in community-related activities, and develop collaborative and leadership qualities.
